- Architect & Execute: Lead the technical configuration for annual cycles (ATR/Comp Planning), driving technical requirements, implementation, testing, and deployment to ensure a frictionless user experience.
- High-Pressure Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary technical partner for the Compensation team. You will navigate high-stakes environments with composure, translating urgent business needs into scalable Workday solutions.
- Collaborative Escalation: Actively contribute to our supportive team culture by sharing knowledge and assisting peers. You must demonstrate the judgment to escalate risks and roadblocks timely , ensuring that "pressure" doesn't become "blockage."
- System Subject Matter Expertise: Serve as the primary expert and point-of-contact for day-to-day support of Workday HCM & Compensation , managing business processes, integrations, reporting, and dashboards to ensure consistent, high-quality operations.
- Data Orchestration: Leverage Workday Prism to ingest, transform, and report on high-volume data sets, providing leadership with actionable insights.
- Document Engineering: Design and maintain professional, pixel-perfect compensation and stock statements using BIRT or Workday docs .
