- Product Strategy : Define and lead a bold, long-term vision and strategy for AI-powered platform capabilities and API experiences for the third-party (3P) ecosystem
- Customer Understanding: Provide product thought leadership by identifying partner and developer needs through deep customer insights, ecosystem feedback, and market research
- Identify opportunities: Identify and incubate new platform opportunities informed by customer and partner research, competitive analysis, and industry trends
- Bias for action: Drive the team towards execution breaking down the strategy to longer term roadmap and quarterly OKRs. Manage the product launch process and continuously monitor performance, iterating towards the north star goal.
- Data-Driven decisions: Utilize data analytics and customer feedback to identify pain points, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Able to make trade-offs backed by a clear decisioning process.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong relationships and collaborate with engineering, Data science, UX, marketing and Sales teams to ensure alignment.

- API expertise: Experience building platform capabilities for third-party (3P) ecosystems
- Cross Functional Leadership: Proven experience working on large initiatives, across teams, and on highly cross-functional products
- Data-Driven Approach: Expertise in using data to drive decisions and business outcomes. You should be comfortable diving into analytics, building experiments, and iterating based on insights.
- Product Leadership: You have experience managing the full product lifecycle—from concept to execution collaborating with multiple teams—and can make tough prioritization decisions while balancing competing stakeholder needs.
- Strong Communication: You excel at collaborating across teams and can communicate complex ideas effectively to both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including executives.
