Editorial policy

How UpJobz publishes job-search guidance.

UpJobz content exists to help candidates make better job-search decisions. We do not publish filler posts for keyword coverage. A page earns its place when it explains a real workflow, uses current data, shows source examples, or connects directly to verified job-search actions.

Evidence before advice

We avoid generic job-search posts unless they include UpJobz workflows, source examples, current 2026 context, or public citations that a reader can verify.

Human review

Editorial pages are reviewed by the UpJobz founder or product owner responsible for the related source, workflow, or candidate lane before publication.

Clear updates

Posts show publication and update dates. We update pages when source rules, visa guidance, salary context, or Google job-page requirements materially change.

No fake expertise

UpJobz provides job-search research and product guidance, not legal, immigration, financial, or medical advice. We label those boundaries directly.

What we remove or noindex

  • Thin articles that repeat generic advice without UpJobz examples or data.
  • Expired job pages, weak source pages, and pages with provider/AI fingerprints in public slugs.
  • Advice pages where the facts changed and we cannot update them responsibly.
