Terms of Service

Last updated: April 27, 2026

1. Acceptance of these terms

By creating an UpJobz account, browsing job listings, or using any UpJobz tool, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

These terms apply to all visitors, free-tier users, and paid subscribers across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.

2. Who can use UpJobz

You must be at least 18 years old, or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction, to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to keep that information up to date.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including unauthorized use that results from sharing or losing control of your credentials.

3. Job listings and third-party content

UpJobz aggregates listings from public sources, applicant tracking systems, and direct employer feeds. We do our best to filter stale, fraudulent, and duplicated content, but we do not guarantee that every listing is accurate, current, or available.

Applying to a role on UpJobz often hands off to a third-party application system run by the employer. Once you leave UpJobz, the employer’s privacy and application terms apply, not ours.

4. Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel any time from your workspace billing settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Refunds are issued at our discretion for technical failures or duplicate charges. Refunds for changing your mind are not guaranteed.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to scrape, mass-download, resell, or redistribute UpJobz listings or data without written permission. You agree not to use the platform to harass employers or other users, send spam, or impersonate any person or organization.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without notice or refund.

6. Intellectual property

UpJobz, the UpJobz logo, our editorial content, and our software are owned by UpJobz and protected by US, Canadian, and Mexican intellectual-property law. Job posting copy belongs to the employer or the source it was harvested from.

7. Disclaimers

UpJobz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any specific job will lead to an interview or offer.

Career outcomes depend on many factors outside our control. We provide tools, not guarantees.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, UpJobz is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of the service. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced by email or in-product notice at least seven days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date counts as acceptance.

10. Contact
