UpJobz is not trying to be the largest job board. The recovery path is to be a cleaner one. We keep job pages useful by checking source quality, freshness, role detail, work authorization, and candidate actionability.
Verification checklist
- The role must link to an employer, ATS, or approved public source.
- The listing must be fresh enough to remain useful for a candidate.
- The page must contain enough description, requirements, or responsibility detail to support a real decision.
- Work-authorization language is treated as a signal, not a legal determination.
- Expired, duplicated, malformed, and provider-fingerprint pages are removed from SEO eligibility.
What candidates should still verify
Always confirm the employer source before sharing personal data, applying, or relying on salary and authorization language. UpJobz helps prioritize and interpret listings, but the employer or official public source remains the final source of truth.
