This person will define and drive the execution of our product strategy for crucial functions across IAM and security, with a portfolio spanning authorization, authentic Responsibilities: - Lead the Identity & Security Product Management team responsible for delivering Identity and Access Management, Queryable Encryption, and other customer-facing security features within the MongoDB platform - Drive highly regulated customer platform security and compliance requirements into MongoDB products - Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team - Drive a strategic narrative with customers and industry thought leaders around database security and identity - Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across your ownership areas in partnership with Engineering counterparts - Develop strategic, operational, and tactical recommendations tailored to our products to improve customers’ security posture and compliance positioning; regularly evangelize solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and with key partners and accounts Requirements: - Drive collaboration across Engineering, Customer Support, Marketing, Sales, and the Executive Leadership Team - Drive a strategic narrative with customers and industry thought leaders around database security and identity - Develop and maintain an accurate and up-to-date roadmap across your ownership areas in partnership with Engineering counterparts - Develop strategic, operational, and tactical recommendations tailored to our products to improve customers’ security posture and compliance positioning; regularly evangelize solutions at industry conferences, trade shows, and with key partners and accounts - Deeply understand all aspects of MongoDB - to ensure a business outcome aligned with our broader product, customer, and company priorities - Define security go-to-market strategies, identify key market/competitive trends and customer opportunities, and plan and manage programs to execute against those strategies by partnering with sales leadership at regional and global levels Company context: MongoDB is the public document database company powering modern applications across cloud, on-prem, and edge.
