For our employees, our promise is that Super.com is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock one’s potential, where learning is Requirements: - At least 5 years of people leadership experience, including managing managers and senior ICs, with 2+ of those years at a Director level or equivalent. - Proven success leading a multi-team engineering organization delivering consumer-facing products, shared platforms, or both. - Experience building or scaling membership platforms, rewards systems, credits or loyalty mechanisms, or other shared product capabilities used across multiple teams. - Experience owning or contributing to shared platform capabilities or product infrastructure that support multiple product areas or verticals. - Experience partnering closely with Product, Design, Growth, Data, Operations, and Finance teams to deliver systems that power engagement, value discovery, and member support. - Strong interest in modern AI enabled software development and a desire to help teams incorporate AI into their workflows in a thoughtful and effective way.
