Responsibilities: - Define and Own the AI Product and Partnership Strategy: Develop and execute the strategy for Auth0’s AI portfolio, with a focus on Auth0 for AI Agents. Identify high-impact opportunities and ecosystem partnerships that expand reach, accelerate adoption, and deliver differentiated value to developers and enterprises. - Be a Founder and a Scaler: Bring a "0-to-1" entrepreneurial mindset to define, experiment, and launch new products, combined with the experience to scale them into mature, widely adopted solutions. Balance agility and innovation with the structure and discipline required for long-term success. - Lead and Grow the PM Team: Mentor and manage a team of product managers, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and customer focus. Provide direction, coaching, and career development to scale impact across the portfolio. - Engage with Customers and the Developer Community: Build strong relationships with customers, partners, and developers to uncover needs, validate solutions, and ensure Auth0 for AI Agents delivers meaningful value in real-world use cases. - Drive Product Delivery and Differentiation: Partner with engineering, design, and external collaborators to deliver secure, scalable, and developer-friendly solutions that address the unique challenges of agentic applications. - Champion Ecosystem Standards and Leadership: Shape and influence emerging standards in identity and AI, including agent-to-agent (A2A) communication and Model Context Protocol (MCP). Represent Auth0 as a thought leader with industry groups and the developer community.
