Requirements: - 6+ years of experience in software engineering, including experience in building and shipping large-scale user-facing products (ideally 100M+ users or equivalent high-traffic surfaces). - 1+ years of experience in people leadership, including coaching engineers, supporting growth and driving accountability through clear expectations. - Experience in leading ambiguous product spaces, forming a point of view, aligning stakeholders and turning strategy into execution. - Experience in delivering AI/ML-powered product capabilities in production, including setting quality bars and partnering effectively with ML, data science and analytics counterparts. - Experience in working across functions and teams to align priorities, manage dependencies and deliver outcomes with shared measurement. - Demonstrated ability to use AI to improve speed and quality in your day-to-day workflow for relevant outputs, with a clear approach to validating accuracy and quality.
