Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 6+ years of software engineering experience with strong technical depth - 3+ years of experience managing or leading engineers in a high-growth environment. - Strong technical background and understanding of software development principles. - Expertise leading full-stack engineering teams delivering end-to-end product experiences. - Regularly works with cross-functional partners (e.g. Product, Design, Operations, Sales) and excels in driving alignment across stakeholders.
