Responsibilities: - Team Leadership & Development: Hire, manage, and mentor a team of Partner Solutions Architects. Set goals, run reviews, and coach each team member toward high productivity and career growth. - Strategic Technical Partnership: Act as the senior technical thought partner to Anthropic’s GTM partnerships team. Co-build partner strategy with aligned GTM leadership, drive key programs, and align cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Product, Engineering) behind partner outcomes. - Partner Enablement & Ecosystem: Embed your team with GSI and cloud partner technical teams to enable their AI practices, troubleshoot, and evangelize Anthropic in their developer communities. Represent Anthropic at partner events (GSI workshops, AWS/GCP summits, hackathons) and contribute technical content and thought leadership. - Joint Solution Development: Lead partners in identifying high-value, industry-specific GenAI applications. Develop joint solutions and codify reference architectures and best practices to accelerate time to deployment. - Customer Deal Support: Own the technical portion of partner-led pre-sales engagements. Intervene directly on strategic deals where partners are the primary delivery vehicle, providing deep solution architecture guidance. - Product Feedback: Gather and validate feedback on Anthropic’s products from partner deployments and deliver it to Product and Engineering to inform roadmap and partner strategy.
