Responsibilities: - Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery. - Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences that allow businesses to move between fiat (ACH, SEPA) and stablecoin rails (Ethereum, Solana, Polygon, Base). - Build the workflows for businesses to launch their own coins, manage reserve ratios, and track real-time liquidity and rewards. - Collaborate with engineering, product, and other stakeholders to shape the team’s roadmap and goals from an impactful and measurable customer outcomes perspective. Leverage insights from our UXR team to identify opportunity areas, and to validate potential solutions to pain points. - Partner with content design to craft compelling experiences that deliver the right information at the right time to the right user. - Deliver from your strengths — whether that’s workshops, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, final comps and specs, or code—and have the opportunity to sharpen the skills you’re looking to develop.
