Requirements: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. - 8+ years of software engineering experience with a strong technical background, with 3+ years of experience managing or leading multiple technical teams in a high-growth environment. - 3+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development and architecture. - Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform APIs. - Experience architecting and building robust integrations between Salesforce and a broader ecosystem of GTM tools and third-party applications. - Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building skills with the ability to manage and communicate effectively with XFN partners (e.g. Sales, Marketing, CX, and Operations) at all levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership.
