About the role We are looking for a Senior Full-Stack Engineer to join our App Journey team and play a key role in shaping the core experiences that every Chime member interacts with every day. As a senior engineer on this team, you'll own the surfaces that define how members navigate and engage with Chime, helping the Requirements: - Apply a product mindset to platform problems, finding opportunities to make the underlying systems faster, more reliable, and easier to build on - Mentor and support more junior engineers on the team, sharing knowledge and raising the technical bar across the squad - Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement through active participation in sprint ceremonies, architecture discussions, and process refinement - Participate in our frontend community of practice (guild), helping to shape how our app ecosystem is built, tested, deployed, and evolved - Engineers are required to participate in on-call rotation. Being on call may include responding to incidents outside of regular working hours when necessary.
