Responsibilities: - Develop a deep point of view on AtoB's competitive position and where we should invest next — grounded in direct conversations with customers and ecosystem partners (freight brokers, factoring companies, fuel networks). - Own the strategy and roadmap for your area, including success metrics, sequencing, and the trade-offs that come with both. - Lead a cross-functional pod of engineers, designers, BizOps, and partners across Sales, Partnerships, and Support — from discovery through launch and iteration. - Run user research with fleet managers and drivers, including in-the-field visits. Ground every decision in real customer pain, not internal opinion. - Use GenAI tooling (Claude Code and similar) to prototype quickly and align the org behind a shared vision before committing engineering resources. We expect PMs here to operate hands-on with these tools — not just direct others to use them. - Partner with design to ship UX that works for users with widely varying levels of technical fluency, on devices ranging from desktops in dispatch offices to phones on the road. Requirements: - 5+ years of product management experience, ideally including B2B or enterprise software - A track record of operating across the full product arc — vision and strategy through detailed execution and GTM - Strong customer research instincts; comfortable running discovery sessions with non-technical users in person and remotely - Hands-on experience using GenAI tools to prototype, communicate, and accelerate your own work - Strong written and verbal communication; able to influence engineers, designers, executives, and external partners with differing technical backgrounds - Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams through ambiguous, complex product launches Company context: AtoB builds fintech and logistics software with current hiring across platform, product, engineering, and operations systems.
