Responsibilities: - Guide product strategy and roadmap definition for Hosted Runners as a SaaS platform offering for GitLab.com and GitLab Dedicated, aligning delivery to roadmap milestones and increasing adoption against defined product goals. - Partner with the engineering manager and engineering team to prioritize platform capabilities, operational requirements, and service readiness to support reliable launches and improve service performance against agreed reliability targets. - Define product requirements for how runners execute pipeline jobs across customer workloads, with attention to compute, containers, and related infrastructure needs, improving reliability, scalability, and adoption across supported use cases. - Shape pricing and packaging in collaboration with cross-functional partners, helping connect product direction to business value and support revenue growth objectives. - Work with go-to-market teams on customer conversations, deal-related questions, and product positioning for hosted runner offerings, improving field readiness and customer clarity in current sales cycles. - Work across product and platform teams to clarify ownership between the application layer of Runners and the platform layer that delivers the service, reducing delivery friction and speeding cross-team alignment.
