Uphold quality, performance, and accessibility standards across the ecosystem. - North Star : Increase marketing experiment and campaign success with Gusto GTM team, and ensure healthy core web vitals across the Gusto.com stack. - Partner with Growth to translate experiments into reusable system patterns. - Partner with GTM to ship new campaigns for Gusto.com. - Create scalable page patterns that balance brand, usability, and performance - Define and evolve the website’s foundational design system (templates, layouts, components).
