Responsibilities: - Own and deliver medium to large-scale infrastructure projects that support and scale web development at Robinhood. - Build and maintain performant, reliable tooling for CI/CD, build systems (e.g., Bazel), and local development environments. - Partner with product engineering teams across Brokerage and Legend to identify and resolve frontend infrastructure bottlenecks. - Optimize the performance, stability, and observability of our web platform and deployment pipeline. - Optimize the performance and UX of key parts of our flagship web applications. - Drive initiatives that improve developer velocity and satisfaction across the engineering org.
