Requirements: - Experience: 7–10+ years of product management experience, with a demonstrated track record of leading complex, high-impact product initiatives in high-growth B2B or fintech environments. Experience building platform or financial infrastructure products is strongly preferred. - Strategic rigor: Proven ability to define product strategy that translates into measurable business outcomes. - Technical depth: Strong fluency in technical systems and architecture. You are comfortable discussing APIs, data models, experimentation frameworks, and system tradeoffs with engineers. - Analytical excellence: Highly data-driven. Strong experience defining metrics, running experiments, and using SQL (or similar tools) to guide decisions. - Executive communication: Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
