Responsibilities: - Lead Cross-Functional GTM Initiatives: - Develop comprehensive program plans, including scope, objectives, key results (OKRs), timelines, resource requirements, and risk mitigation strategies. - Drive execution of these programs, often involving new tool implementations, large scale process re-engineering, or new internal product launches . - Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders. - Ensure change management plans are in place to drive successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies. - Work with Sales Automation leaders to define and lead intra departmental initiatives Requirements: - Drive execution of these programs, often involving new tool implementations, large scale process re-engineering, or new internal product launches . - Facilitate regular steering committee meetings and communicate program status, risks, and dependencies to executive stakeholders. - Ensure change management plans are in place to drive successful adoption and utilization of new processes and technologies. - Work with Sales Automation leaders to define and lead intra departmental initiatives - Proactively identify risks, remove roadblocks, and champion adoption of new processes, tools, or strategies across GTM teams. - Performance Measurement & Reporting: Benefits: - CAD $120,640 - 150,800 - Target Bonus Percentage 15% Company context: Twilio is the customer engagement platform for messaging, voice, video, and customer-data orchestration.
